AIS Information Central

This is an area of the AIS website providing AIS reference information to the membership as downloadable files. Just click on the item of your choice and it will open in conjunction with your web browser.

The items with a larger file size may take a minute or two to download depending on the speed of your internet connection. If you wish to save the file to your own computer for future reference, at that point you may choose to do so. Most of the files are Adobe PDF type files which require that you have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program installed on your computer in order to view them. More details on this below should you require it.

Many of the above files are provided as a downloadable Adobe Acrobat PDF type file. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this type of file.  What's a PDF file? Invented by Adobe, Portable Document Format (PDF) is the published specification used by standards bodies around the world for secure, reliable electronic document distribution and exchange.

Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software for viewing and printing Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files on all major hardware and operating system platforms. It is a very useful add on program that many people already have installed on their computer. Adobe PDF files look exactly like original documents and preserve the fonts, images, graphics, and layout of any source file, regardless of the application and platform used to create it. Anyone who sees an Adobe PDF in Adobe Reader sees the document just as it was prepared.
