The society websites listed below are independent of the American Iris Society. In many cases they are the national iris societies of other countries or special interest societies with a focus on irises. These are external sites from the AIS that are responsible for their own website content.

- Middle European Iris Society available in four languages, an association of growers, cultivators and friends of irises from Middle European countries, members of MEIS are from the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia.
